About the Trip

Students are invited to work with Foundations For His Ministry (FFHM) as they care for abandoned children in a loving group home environment. Volunteers will be part of the daily operations of the home, and will be asked to do everything from preparing/serving meals, playing with kids and exploring Oaxaca and its cultural sites. Most students who go prepare to return a second and third time—there is so much love in this holy place.

Mission Statement:
Foundation for His Ministry is an organization whose purpose is to glorify God by making disciples of Jesus Christ. To this end we share and demonstrate God’s love through the power of the Holy Spirit by meeting basic spiritual, physical and educational needs of those in Mexico and beyond. This will be done in such a way as to establish the Mission as a model of effective ministry for other parts of the world.
